        Salsa & Soul First Pop up  of 2021!

EML's “Salsa and Soul” started from the flavors and love that Chef Elena endured from her childhood. Growing up multicultural, she was able to explore different flavors at a young age. From flavors of classic soul food, Puerto Rican cooking, and influences from Georgia and New York City. She incorporated this knowledge with the importance of using fresh ingredients as well as the art of her family recipes to create what is now known as EML’s “Salsa and Soul”.
